This work is for women from all walks of life who share one common experience: a sense of depletion felt deep in the body and knowing that you were meant for more.

What we do together
This is what it looks like when we weave together the science with the soul.
As someone with expertise across multiple domains, I bring a unique kind of support. I weave together nutrition science, a midwife’s presence and slowness, a woman-centered and justice-oriented worldview, the spiritual approach of a contemplative, and a woman’s lived experience.
Together, we will gently and bravely work through your life, not just your nutrition. Finding the gaps where you need more support and having conversations that lead to awareness and ‘aha’ moments, with companionship as you make sustainable changes.
Yes, we will work on your deepest nourishment with food. We will also focus on support for your whole life: sleep, movement, relationships, work, motherhood, and anything else that needs to be seen and heard.
This support is about coming home to yourself — fully. It is best fit for those who are ready to truly inhabit their lives in mind, body, and spirit, with compassionate support.
One session per month
60-minute Zoom sessions — customized to what you need. Three months minimum.
Voxer support between sessions
Questions, exciting moments, hard days — you have access to me between our calls. This is where the real work and deepest connections happen.
One week of food tracking before we begin
Using Cronometer, so we can see the actual micronutrient picture. Tracking used as body literacy, not punishment, helping to lay the foundation of nourishment instead of restriction.
Lab interpretation support
If you've had labs run, bring them. I'll help you understand what they mean and what to do next — even if the practitioner who ordered them didn't have time to explain. Support in accessing additional labs, if desired, and talking through what and when so you’re not just grasping in the dark.
Lifestyle + Life Support
Addressing the other areas of your life that have a huge impact on your health, your energy, and your vitality. Nothing is too small, and everything gets support. Food can change your life, but only if the environment around you is truly nourishing. We address it all.
Flexible duration
Three months is the foundation. Many women continue for 4–6 months. We figure out what makes sense for you.
I'm Sarah — a nutritionist, midwife, & mentor with a passion for nourishing women.
This work is deeper than a wellness offering. It's a revolution.
Most practitioners come at this from one direction, siloed in their narrow training and tiny view of how they can help. While this can help some, it doesn’t get into the deepest causes of what makes you feel depleted and stuck. Most practitioners don’t know how to go deep enough, don’t have time, or just don’t care enough to try.
So, I created something much different. Slower. Present. Full of heart and care.
I have integrated everything I know into an offering that goes deep, witnessing the whole of who you are. This work matters to me, as someone who spent decades depleted and stuck, constantly cycling through wondering what was wrong with me and seeking support from places that skimmed the surface (and didn’t make me feel better).
I have dedicated my life to untangling what makes womanhood hard and what makes it feel like thriving.
This is the kind of support that builds new patterns for life — ones that sustain you, giving you the freedom of self-knowing that lasts a lifetime.
Investment
Three months of fully-present, unhurried support.
$500 per month
3-month minimum ($1,500 total)
Includes one 60-minute Zoom session per month, Voxer access between calls, and personalized guidance based on your actual lived experience. Three months is the minimum — it's the amount of time we need to see real patterns and make meaningful change.
Many women continue for 4–6 months, and some work with me for even longer. Each month beyond the minimum is billed at the same $500/month rate — no new contract, just a conversation about what makes sense to continue.
This is introductory pricing offered while I refine this container with my first clients. It will increase. I take a small number of nutrition clients at a time and each one gets my full attention.

Yes — you can send me messages in the moments that feel most relevant. I'll share some simple guidelines for what kinds of questions will get the most out of our time together. I respond Monday through Thursday, 10am–4pm, and I'll get back to you within 48 hours. If I'm at a birth, it may take a little longer — I'll respond as soon as I can.

I'll support you in improving your existing habits and foodways — not overhaul your whole life in a weekend. Sustainable change that lasts a lifetime means starting with what you already do and making it better. I can help with new meal ideas, especially for the ones that tend to fall through the cracks (lunch, I'm looking at you). The goal is always to help you understand how to keep nourishing yourself well — for life, not just for our time together.

Most practitioners offer sessions and protocols without meaningful support in between. Honestly, the way I work isn't the most cost-efficient model — but it's the only way I know how to do this well. I believe education alone doesn't change much. It's the support while you're actually doing it that makes the difference. I care about seeing you succeed and thrive in life.

I ask for one week of baseline tracking before we begin — that's where we discover what micronutrients are actually missing from your diet. Beyond that, more tracking is always helpful, but we'll work with what you're willing and able to do. There are many ways to understand what your body needs, and we'll find the approach that works for you.

Yes, I do and I’ll tell you why. You can eat the most perfect diet, but if you are surrounded by intense relationships with terrible boundaries, are stuck in a job you hate, and spend half the night panic spiraling… you won’t feel good. Everything affects how you feel. From the way you frame your life, to how you perceive your body, to the shame you hold about how “stuck” you may be in a particular part of your life. Everything deserves compassionate care and tending. Whatever you bring to the table is open for exploration, resources, and kindness. Together, we will explore how to help you find joy and thriving.
