Ask Me Anything
Brainstorming, processing, and clarity session with a midwife and nutritionist.
Feel heard, get unstuck, and move forward with confidence.
I can help you get clarity about…
Nutrition for preconception, for both you and your partner
Well-being during pregnancy: nutrition, birth choices, and unique situations
Nourishing yourself in postpartum, and talking through a hard birth to bring clarity, validation, and resources for recovery
Feeling depleted: a whole-life look at nourishment, sleep, boundaries, and nervous system support, whether you're in your 20s or working toward menopause
Nutrition and lifestyle habits that work with a neurodivergent brain and nervous system
The physiology of babies and evolutionary motherhood in a modern world
A client's nutritional puzzle (for midwives and perinatal care practitioners)
And so much more! If it fits into holistic childbearing, nutrition, and well-being, reach out to see if a conversation can help.
How it works
We’ll meet on Zoom for 60 minutes and we can talk through what you’re bringing to the conversation. I would recommend having note paper and a pen to jot down notes as we talk. Bring a list of questions and any relevant documents that would help us puzzle this out together. I’ll take notes as well, and send a follow-up email within 48 hours with some brief notes from our conversation and any resources mentioned in our chat.
“When I first reached out I was feeling short-fused, exhausted, and depleted. Even though I've been in the holistic health world for years, I didn't know where to start or what I was missing. It can feel overwhelming sorting through things on your own. Sarah made it simple to put things into practice. She's so good at listening to your full story, asking questions to piece it all together, and meeting you where you are, explaining as much or as little as you want. I walked away feeling so good, and so much of what we talked through was simple and made the biggest difference. I have more energy, sleep better, and that has also created more space for me to feel so much better emotionally. I feel like a new woman and mother compared to who I was before. I'd recommend Sarah to anyone, but especially to moms who want to feel more like themselves after having kids!”

I'm Sarah! I'm a traditional midwife and a nutritionist with a master's degree.
My passion is female physiology combined with practical approaches for a modern world.
I bring a whole-life view to how I help others, mixing nutrition with lifestyle and nervous system support. My midwifery approach is physiology-first, with an evolutionary lens that also makes room for the modern-day struggles common for birthing women. I bring compassion, a listening ear, and space-holding ability to go with my strategic knowledge.
My education and experience span 20+ years, including my own decades-long journey with chronic fatigue, which I resolved by finding my own path rather than following empty recommendations. I love helping others find their own individual solutions to thrive in a modern world.
